James M. Hofer
James M. Hofer received his bachelor’s degree from Benedictine College and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has also served as a member of the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice (formerly the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Hofer has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “The Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in the field of personal injury law. He is a frequent lecturer regarding topics dealing with personal injury litigation and is the Coordinator of the “People’s Law School,” a joint enterprise of the Michigan Association for Justice and Thomas M. Cooley Law School created to provide practical legal education to the public and to promote greater understanding and respect for the law. Mr. Hofer is licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan and Illinois.
