Jonathon K. Homa

He has played an important role in mass tort lawsuits including the Nassar-MSU sexual assault scandal, the Flint Water Crisis, and Roundup cases against Monsanto. While working as a Grand Rapids attorney, Jon has represented clients in state and national level cases. His sense of compassion paired with his thorough understanding of the law has proven to make him a valuable advocate for his clients.

Jon has been practicing law for several years as an attorney at Sinas Dramis Law Firm, where he spent time even during law school working side-by-side with seasoned personal injury litigators in many different areas of law as a law clerk. He started his career gaining valuable experience and knowledge handling delicate cases and has continued to diligently advocate on behalf of survivors in his own practice. As a dedicated sexual assault attorney, Jon represents civil sexual assault cases on behalf of survivors against institutions that fail to protect those individuals.

Jon is an active member of the Michigan legal community and was recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers in 2020 and 2021. He graduated from Western Michigan’s Cooley Law School after completing his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. During his free time, Jon enjoys being outdoors and enjoys traveling to Northern Michigan to hike and fish.
