Tom Sinas and his amazing associates and staff were caring, compassionate and professional from the first moment we spoke. Tom is extremely thorough. When we would talk, he would make sure that I understood everything, not just rush through so he could move on to his next task. Tom helped me believe in myself, and I still carry that confidence with me today.
