Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. After I suffered an injury due to an auto accident in 2018, I need to find a personal injury lawyer. I asked lots of people for recommendations and almost all of them said Sinas Dramis. So I reached out and made an appointment with one of their attorneys, Kevin Komar. Mr. Komar worked on my behalf for the next several years and finally reached a positive outcome late this winter. He was very thorough and supportive, always responded to me in a timely fashion. It is very stressful recovering from injuries that alter your life. Mr. Komar was very compassionate. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. To be honest, I love Tom and Kayleigh and their team. I like how they didn't eagerly try to represent me and instead know the facts about my case first before representing me. My elderly mother was in a serious car accident for which she was not at fault. Our estate attorney recommended Tom Sinas to us. This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed.
