4.9This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. I asked Bryan Waldman to intervene on my behalf and soon thereafter he was able to procure a favorable settlement for me. Bryan is a professional who takes care of his clients while providing excellent counsel, patiently explaining the steps he takes. I highly recommend him!

Bryan Waldman handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. I was struck and ran over on the sidewalk as I was riding my bicycle on my way to work. Over my 43 years of representing injured persons, I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys and I place Tom Sinas in the absolute top tier of personal injury trial attorneys. He is very capable and thorough. Tom is so well prepared that that he is ready and willing to try the case the moment it is filed. He has fully analyzed all angles. He knows what the case is worth and will not hesitate to try the case if the insurance company refuses to pay. Because of this, he has earned their respect. They know that they are up against the real deal. But, what I like even more is not how good of a trial lawyer he is, but that he is empathetic and very attentive to his clients. Never did I imagine my family would need to call an accident attorney. Due to the reckless actions of a driver on a suspended license our family lost my amazing father in law.
