Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Does this seem correct? I went to ER for mental health treatment they discharged me in under t n minutes and just walked me out with a diagnosis of suicidal ideation.

Over my 43 years of representing injured persons, I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys and I place Tom Sinas in the absolute top tier of personal injury trial attorneys. He is very capable and thorough. Tom is so well prepared that that he is ready and willing to try the case the moment it is filed. He has fully analyzed all angles. He knows what the case is worth and will not hesitate to try the case if the insurance company refuses to pay. Because of this, he has earned their respect. They know that they are up against the real deal. But, what I like even more is not how good of a trial lawyer he is, but that he is empathetic and very attentive to his clients. They not only have quick access to him, but they are also well informed about the strategy, developments and all legal aspects of the case. The clients are part of the team. My Wife and I suffered very serious injuries in the automobile collision in July of 2025.
We ended up in the hospital for an extended period of time.

My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasnât paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driverâs insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive â weeks and then months went by. Tom Sinas was recommended to me when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. If you can't make it to their office they will come to you, which they did in my situation. He is very empathetic and cares about his clients. The staff was excellent on taking care of any bills that came so I could focus on getting better. When it came to my case Tom was very thorough and gathered as much information as possible for when the case was filed. He helped me on getting a settlement from the insurance company and couldn't be happier with the service him and his staff gave.
