Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. Knowing they were diligently working on our cases allowed me to care for my husband and daughter who were both fighting for their lives. My daughter did survive and is doing well, my husband lost his battle with Cancer. Normally you wouldn't expect to see your attorney at your spouses funeral, Tom was there. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Then to have to try and figure out who is responsible for the medical bills and missed work only added to the stress. I took a leap and called The Sinas Dramis Law firm and am so glad I did. I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement.
In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. He didn’t mind any question or suggestion that we threw out. Brian’s communication skills were excellent. In my case, we were very involved and that was alright with Brian. Tom Sinas was recommended to me when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. If you can't make it to their office they will come to you, which they did in my situation. He is very empathetic and cares about his clients. The staff was excellent on taking care of any bills that came so I could focus on getting better. When it came to my case Tom was very thorough and gathered as much information as possible for when the case was filed. He helped me on getting a settlement from the insurance company and couldn't be happier with the service him and his staff gave.
Tom and Kayleigh fought for us until the very end. We had been through so much with our motorcycle accident and couldn’t have had a better outcome. I was in an accident and it wasn't my fault and as a result I ended up with a scar on my upper left side of my forehead. Bryan Waldman handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle.
