For three years I had been working to get backpay from SSDI and finally received it. As I had received PIP payments from a No fault motorcycle accident, I had to give all the money received to the insurance Company. After my three daughters were involved in a head-on collision in November 2019 because of a distracted driver, I contacted Steve Sinas for advice. My oldest daughter, who was 18 at the time, was the driver. She sustained permanent injuries that have altered her life. The driver that hit them was unlicensed (suspended) and uninsured. Our vehicle was a total loss.

I was promptly compensated for the loss of my vehicle, but not for the uninsured motorist benefit. Steve agreed to represent my daughter to get those benefits.
