Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. I, Helga was attacked by a dog at a park and broke my hip. Which I had to have surgery. I was unable to perform my daily routine and not able to work for 4 months. This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. I asked Bryan Waldman to intervene on my behalf and soon thereafter he was able to procure a favorable settlement for me. Bryan is a professional who takes care of his clients while providing excellent counsel, patiently explaining the steps he takes. I highly recommend him!

My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Tom Sinas was recommended to me when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. If you can't make it to their office they will come to you, which they did in my situation. He is very empathetic and cares about his clients. The staff was excellent on taking care of any bills that came so I could focus on getting better. When it came to my case Tom was very thorough and gathered as much information as possible for when the case was filed. He helped me on getting a settlement from the insurance company and couldn't be happier with the service him and his staff gave.

To be honest, I love Tom and Kayleigh and their team. I like how they didn't eagerly try to represent me and instead know the facts about my case first before representing me. Thanks to The Sinas law firm I was able to recover from the financial backlash of getting a 22000$ hospital bill after a car accident and not having any aid I happened to find them online.
