Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. Knowing they were diligently working on our cases allowed me to care for my husband and daughter who were both fighting for their lives. My daughter did survive and is doing well, my husband lost his battle with Cancer. Normally you wouldn't expect to see your attorney at your spouses funeral, Tom was there. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Then to have to try and figure out who is responsible for the medical bills and missed work only added to the stress. I took a leap and called The Sinas Dramis Law firm and am so glad I did. They stepped right up and took care of everything, so I could focus on my daughter's recovery instead of worrying about how it was going to be paid for. The medical bills paid and on top of that they were able to get my daughter a settlement for quality of life, which although can't erase what happened it can make moving forward a little easier. Mr. Graves and Ms. Luidens at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm were wonderful in fighting through all of the crud my auto insurance company dealt out after a very bad accident that was not my fault and they got results. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. This place is AMAZING! After talking with a few other attorneys in the area my daughter and I decided Tom Sinas was who we were going to use to help us with the horrible accident my daughter was in that left her with a lifetime injury due to someone else’s negligence. Tom and Kayleigh Rose were so accommodating and helpful! They came to my daughters house when she got out of the hospital to meet with us so we didn’t have to try to get her there with her injuries. I, Helga was attacked by a dog at a park and broke my hip. Which I had to have surgery. I was unable to perform my daily routine and not able to work for 4 months. With the help of this Personal Injury firm (Sinas Dramis Law Firm) they were able to help me out. Very Professional, my attorney came to my house with all the information to get this lawsuit going. Always kept in contact with me on every step which was being taken through this incident. Very friendly and helpful in every step of the way. I would recommend this firm highly! They do a great job!

Steve Sinas helped us with my mother’s auto accident in 2015. We were lost after she was injured, and were not aware of everything that was available to us through Michigan No-Fault law. Bryan Waldman handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle. He walked me through absolutely every step of the process, was always available, and was immensely patient and kind in taking the time to explain things to me. This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. I asked Bryan Waldman to intervene on my behalf and soon thereafter he was able to procure a favorable settlement for me. I met Brian Lawson in 2009 at one of the most challenging times in my life. I was 18 and Brian was referred to my family to represent me after a catastrophic car accident that left me a quadriplegic.
