My son was viciously attacked and bit by our neighbors dog, resulting in 13 stitches in his face. For three years I had been working to get backpay from SSDI and finally received it. As I had received PIP payments from a No fault motorcycle accident, I had to give all the money received to the insurance Company. Not realizing that they where actually entitled to the total gross amount and not the net that I received. Needless to say, it was very frustrating. I contacted Ted at the firm and asked if there were any options available to me. Ted advised me that all we could do was appeal to their humanity. He wrote a nice letter to the insurance company with fantastic verbiage and phrasing and lo and behold… they agreed to the amount received! Hallelujah!

I, Helga was attacked by a dog at a park and broke my hip. Which I had to have surgery. I was unable to perform my daily routine and not able to work for 4 months. With the help of this Personal Injury firm (Sinas Dramis Law Firm) they were able to help me out. Very Professional, my attorney came to my house with all the information to get this lawsuit going. I was involved in a hit & run late 2019, a dear friend of mine referred Kevin to me and I am thankful everyday. In my years of working in a hospital intensive care unit I saw many attorneys vying for cases. Some of those attorneys were lacking in both ethical standards and professionalism! When tragedy struck my family.....the first attorney I thought of calling was Steve Weston. Every time I observed him with ICU families he was ALWAYS kind, professional and ethical.
