After meeting Brian McKenna at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. Katie Tucker and Terri Lynne Griffes were a pleasure to work with. I was bitten by a neighbor’s dog which caused an injury that required surgery to fix. I did not know the dog bites laws in Michigan. Thanks to The Sinas law firm I was able to recover from the financial backlash of getting a 22000$ hospital bill after a car accident and not having any aid I happened to find them online. What can we say? Brian is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made our settlement one of the largest on a premises liability case. He kept our family informed of every change. Aside from being very personable he is definitely not a stuffed shirt.
Brian possesses a great sense of humor and never once did we have to go to his office because he didn't want us to make the long trip. He always came to our home instead.

This past April while riding my bicycle in Grand Rapids I was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Aside from the road rash and blood, I was relatively unscathed. But my bike was damaged; cracked frame that needed to be replaced. The driver’s insurance company was dawdling and unresponsive — weeks and then months went by. I asked Bryan Waldman to intervene on my behalf and soon thereafter he was able to procure a favorable settlement for me. To be honest, I love Tom and Kayleigh and their team. I like how they didn't eagerly try to represent me and instead know the facts about my case first before representing me. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Then to have to try and figure out who is responsible for the medical bills and missed work only added to the stress. I took a leap and called The Sinas Dramis Law firm and am so glad I did. They stepped right up and took care of everything, so I could focus on my daughter's recovery instead of worrying about how it was going to be paid for. This place is AMAZING! After talking with a few other attorneys in the area my daughter and I decided Tom Sinas was who we were going to use to help us with the horrible accident my daughter was in that left her with a lifetime injury due to someone else’s negligence.
