I, Helga was attacked by a dog at a park and broke my hip. Which I had to have surgery. I was unable to perform my daily routine and not able to work for 4 months. I had absolutely no idea what the next course of action was after i got released from the hospital following an unexpected dog attack that necessitated emergency surgery this past spring. the reality of how deeply this event impacted me and could continue to hadn't set in. luckily i had a good friend encourage me to seek legal advice. and even though i was reluctant about the idea, i figured a free consultation couldn't hurt. I feel very fortunate that Sinas Dramis Law Firm was the first one to follow up and give me a call. They treated me with empathy, kindness, and respect and were extremely helpful and specific in their advice in what I could do at that time, and the information that I would need to find out in order to know the extent of my legal options. They weren't pushy whatsoever with trying to get to work with me and even gave me tips to avoid potential lawyer scams in the future, which was extremely comforting to me given my trepidation with seeking legal help at the time. The way they carefully listened and patiently and thoroughly gave me loads of helpful advice in just the free consultation alone helped me enormously.

i'd strongly recommend anyone that finds themselves in a personal injury situation to at the very least sign up for a free consultation with Sinas Dramis, because they will be as helpful as they can be and genuinely care, yet won't push you to work with them or sign with them if you're feeling uncertain.

eventually i did work with them because navigating the waters of an insurance claim was proving to be a bit difficult to tackle on my own and i was really losing my steam and confidence.
When i chose to work with them, they took all the stress of dealing with insurance and medical debt collectors and the like completely off my plate, and they got me a settlement that exceeded my wildest expectations. One of the most important days in the life of our family was the day we hired Tom Sinas of Sinas Dramis Law Firm as our Lawyer. After the sudden death of my brother David our family was at a loss of what to do. As a suggestion from my Nephew, we interviewed 3 different firms in the Detroit and Grand Rapids area. As we listened, took notes and asked leading questions it was clear who we would follow into battle. Stepping into the board room with this team we felt comfort, strong empathy and consideration as we told the story and listened to a group who had experienced similar scenarios in the past. I was deeply moved as Tom took my sister-in-law aside and had a private conversation with her. Tom’s caring nature would show through as we continued through the 1 ½ year process.
In the beginning of the case, Tom suggested that we create a video to explain the depth of loss we all had through the death of Dave. The idea felt a little strange at first but we later learned the value of the suggestion. The family met at my mothers house and the videographer had set us up in the living room. Tom Sinus just had a conversation with each of us and documented the emotional stories from the interview. The videographer took the raw footage and created a professional document of David's life, family and their loss. When the video was completed it was used as a powerful tool that was sent to the insurance company. I believe that video helped convince the insurance company of the value of David's life and lead to the compensation asked for without any argument.
As the process is finished and results have been realized, I look back over this time with gratitude. I have never had the cause to include a Law Firm into any of my life experiences. I have to admit I never wanted to have something happen in which I needed one. We could not have imagined that a Lawyer and Law Firm could have been so professional and caring.

For three years I had been working to get backpay from SSDI and finally received it. As I had received PIP payments from a No fault motorcycle accident, I had to give all the money received to the insurance Company. Not realizing that they where actually entitled to the total gross amount and not the net that I received. Needless to say, it was very frustrating. My son was viciously attacked and bit by our neighbors dog, resulting in 13 stitches in his face. In my years of working in a hospital intensive care unit I saw many attorneys vying for cases. Some of those attorneys were lacking in both ethical standards and professionalism!
