I had absolutely no idea what the next course of action was after i got released from the hospital following an unexpected dog attack that necessitated emergency surgery this past spring. the reality of how deeply this event impacted me and could continue to hadn't set in. luckily i had a good friend encourage me to seek legal advice. and even though i was reluctant about the idea, i figured a free consultation couldn't hurt. I feel very fortunate that Sinas Dramis Law Firm was the first one to follow up and give me a call. For three years I had been working to get backpay from SSDI and finally received it. As I had received PIP payments from a No fault motorcycle accident, I had to give all the money received to the insurance Company. Not realizing that they where actually entitled to the total gross amount and not the net that I received. Needless to say, it was very frustrating.
