During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. Tom Sinas was recommended to me when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. If you can't make it to their office they will come to you, which they did in my situation. He is very empathetic and cares about his clients. The staff was excellent on taking care of any bills that came so I could focus on getting better. Adrian Copeland is a seemingly tireless advocate for her clients. I was referred to Sinas Dramis by my worker’s compensation attorney as my claim was also an auto accident. Ultimately, my case found its way to Adrian’s capable hands. My case was complex with many moving parts: worker’s comp, auto, underinsured coverage. Adrian was able to secure me a settlement with the other driver’s carrier for the policy maximum and was able to secure a settlement with my employer’s auto insurance for underinsured coverage, which while less than the policy maximum, was likely the best option for me.

Adrian wants to win for her clients. But, she also looks at the big picture and provides realistic advice when it comes to litigating cases. The “million dollar” cases advertised by other attorneys are rare. And Adrian does a great job of balancing reality with sometimes unrealistic expectations from her clients.

She made herself available to me when it met my schedule as best as possible, often providing telephone consultations well after normal business hours, as my work schedule often took me past business hours. While Adrian primarily practices out of Grand Rapids, she made sure that she came to the Lansing Area for any face-to-face consultations.

Adrian has genuine concern for her clients’ well being. She called me shortly after I had surgery for the back injury I sustained in the accident. Her primary concern was if I was feeling better, and not necessarily the success or failure of the surgery, which would impact my case.
