My husband was in a MVA 11/2018 and then again 6/2021. Both were due to negligent drivers (the other guys texting & reckless driving). My husband sustained a TBI. Steve and his staff were extremely patient with us during every step. Sometimes needing to be repetitive in their explanations for my husbands sake. My only regret was not contacting them sooner. In our almost 40 years of driving this was a first major accident for both of us and we were just going through the motions believing we paid for car insurance our whole lives nothing will be an issue, until they didn't want to pay for stuff and started treating us like we were doing something wrong. That was really hard to stomach.

I had absolutely no idea what the next course of action was after i got released from the hospital following an unexpected dog attack that necessitated emergency surgery this past spring. the reality of how deeply this event impacted me and could continue to hadn't set in. luckily i had a good friend encourage me to seek legal advice. and even though i was reluctant about the idea, i figured a free consultation couldn't hurt. I feel very fortunate that Sinas Dramis Law Firm was the first one to follow up and give me a call. They treated me with empathy, kindness, and respect and were extremely helpful and specific in their advice in what I could do at that time, and the information that I would need to find out in order to know the extent of my legal options. They weren't pushy whatsoever with trying to get to work with me and even gave me tips to avoid potential lawyer scams in the future, which was extremely comforting to me given my trepidation with seeking legal help at the time. eventually i did work with them because navigating the waters of an insurance claim was proving to be a bit difficult to tackle on my own and i was really losing my steam and confidence.
When i chose to work with them, they took all the stress of dealing with insurance and medical debt collectors and the like completely off my plate, and they got me a settlement that exceeded my wildest expectations. After I suffered an injury due to an auto accident in 2018, I need to find a personal injury lawyer. I asked lots of people for recommendations and almost all of them said Sinas Dramis. So I reached out and made an appointment with one of their attorneys, Kevin Komar. Mr. Komar worked on my behalf for the next several years and finally reached a positive outcome late this winter. He was very thorough and supportive, always responded to me in a timely fashion. It is very stressful recovering from injuries that alter your life. Mr. Komar was very compassionate. For three years I had been working to get backpay from SSDI and finally received it. As I had received PIP payments from a No fault motorcycle accident, I had to give all the money received to the insurance Company. Not realizing that they where actually entitled to the total gross amount and not the net that I received. Needless to say, it was very frustrating. Steve Sinas’s presentation of me at trial was winning in a style that was believable, honest, thorough, and won with the jury. Everyone at his firm was genuinely helpful and kind.
