Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. Knowing they were diligently working on our cases allowed me to care for my husband and daughter who were both fighting for their lives. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Then to have to try and figure out who is responsible for the medical bills and missed work only added to the stress. I took a leap and called The Sinas Dramis Law firm and am so glad I did. They stepped right up and took care of everything, so I could focus on my daughter's recovery instead of worrying about how it was going to be paid for. The medical bills paid and on top of that they were able to get my daughter a settlement for quality of life, which although can't erase what happened it can make moving forward a little easier. Our family needed a personal injury attorney after son's horrid dog attack while working at person's home. Never did I imagine my family would need to call an accident attorney. Due to the reckless actions of a driver on a suspended license our family lost my amazing father in law. After a loss like that you don't know where to begin when it comes to dealing with insurance. We are so glad we called Tom Sinas. We neded him more than we understood at the time. I met Brian Lawson in 2009 at one of the most challenging times in my life. I was 18 and Brian was referred to my family to represent me after a catastrophic car accident that left me a quadriplegic. I was struck and ran over on the sidewalk as I was riding my bicycle on my way to work. That accident spiraled me into financial hardship because I wasn't able to work and support my family and myself for months. The Sinus Dramis Law first was recommended by a friend that had used their services previously. Both Thomas and Kaleigh kept me up to date with my case and if I ever had questions. To be honest, I love Tom and Kayleigh and their team. I like how they didn't eagerly try to represent me and instead know the facts about my case first before representing me. And I respect them for that. They also treat everything like how a professional lawyer should and thought me how the law works, like the insurance and the policies. So informative. They also were some of the only people who were there for me in the hard times of 2020. And it's important to find people you can trust in this life.
