Thomas R. Schultz
Thomas Schultz provides essential research and writing support on complex personal injury cases at Sinas Dramis Law Firm, including appellate law. While most of Tom’s practice is focused on Michigan auto accident cases, he has a variety of experience in personal injury law, including commercial vehicle accidents, wrongful death cases, motorcycle crashes, and more.
A Michigan native, Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Windsor in 1975, majoring in Biology. In 2005, Tom graduated from Wayne State University Law School and began his legal career by performing pro bono work at the Legal Aid and Defender Association in Detroit, helping underserved community members of Wayne County, Oakland County, and Macomb County to access legal services.
As a metro-Detroit personal injury attorney, Tom worked at Sachs Waldman from 2007 until 2019, when he joined the team at Sinas Dramis Law Firm. With his thorough understanding of science, background in academic research, and interest in writing, Tom’s work is appreciated by not only our team of trial attorneys but also by many clients. These characteristics, paired with an aptitude for in-depth case analysis and critical thinking, have proven Tom to be an invaluable asset to the team at Sinas Dramis Law Firm.
Tom is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Law and Negligence Law sections. In his free time, he enjoys creative writing, photography, and exploring the many rewards that nature has to offer.
