Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom. We were in the home stretch of settling my case when my daughter was in a near fatal auto accident and he took on her case. Tom, Denise, Kayleigh and Dan went above and beyond for my family during the most tragic time. On top of the 2 auto accidents my husband had leukemia, his health was diminishing. Knowing they were diligently working on our cases allowed me to care for my husband and daughter who were both fighting for their lives. My daughter did survive and is doing well, my husband lost his battle with Cancer. Normally you wouldn't expect to see your attorney at your spouses funeral, Tom was there. During the most difficult time in my life, just after my daughter was the passenger in a horrific auto accident in which her boyfriend passed away. I was at a complete loss with what to do. She had a broken pelvic, TBI, and multiple cuts involving stitches. The trauma of seeing her like that almost broke me. Not to mention the emotional trauma of losing someone our whole family cared so deeply for. Then to have to try and figure out who is responsible for the medical bills and missed work only added to the stress. I took a leap and called The Sinas Dramis Law firm and am so glad I did. They stepped right up and took care of everything, so I could focus on my daughter's recovery instead of worrying about how it was going to be paid for. The medical bills paid and on top of that they were able to get my daughter a settlement for quality of life, which although can't erase what happened it can make moving forward a little easier. After I suffered an injury due to an auto accident in 2018, I need to find a personal injury lawyer. I asked lots of people for recommendations and almost all of them said Sinas Dramis. So I reached out and made an appointment with one of their attorneys, Kevin Komar. Mr. Komar worked on my behalf for the next several years and finally reached a positive outcome late this winter. He was very thorough and supportive, always responded to me in a timely fashion. It is very stressful recovering from injuries that alter your life. Mr. Komar was very compassionate. Thanks to The Sinas law firm I was able to recover from the financial backlash of getting a 22000$ hospital bill after a car accident and not having any aid I happened to find them online. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement.
In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. I was struck and ran over on the sidewalk as I was riding my bicycle on my way to work. That accident spiraled me into financial hardship because I wasn't able to work and support my family and myself for months. I was in an accident and it wasn't my fault and as a result I ended up with a scar on my upper left side of my forehead. I was going to let it go at first but family and friends said I should pursue a case. I'm so glad I did and went with Sinus Dramis. Katherine and her wonderful assistant Terilynne were amazing!
