4.9I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna at the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement.
In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. He didn’t mind any question or suggestion that we threw out. Brian’s communication skills were excellent. In my case, we were very involved and that was alright with Brian. We worked very well together as a team.
My case did not go to trial, it was settled out of court with an insurance company. I truly believe that the work, presentation, and arguments that Brian and his team put together convinced the insurance company to settle with what we considered a very fair settlement without going to court.

I had an exceptional experience with this law firm. I was very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of each person I encountered here. I was especially impressed at how quickly they responded to my messages whether by email or phone call.
Never did I imagine my family would need to call an accident attorney. Due to the reckless actions of a driver on a suspended license our family lost my amazing father in law. To be honest, I love Tom and Kayleigh and their team. I like how they didn't eagerly try to represent me and instead know the facts about my case first before representing me. And I respect them for that. They also treat everything like how a professional lawyer should and thought me how the law works, like the insurance and the policies. So informative. BRIAN K. LAWSON- the man, the myth, the magic.
What can we say? Brian is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made our settlement one of the largest on a premises liability case. He kept our family informed of every change. Aside from being very personable he is definitely not a stuffed shirt.
Brian possesses a great sense of humor and never once did we have to go to his office because he didn't want us to make the long trip. He always came to our home instead.

Bryan Waldman handled my case when I was hit by a drunk driver while riding my bicycle.
