MAJOR NEWS: Northbound US-127 to Close Completely on March 11, 2024, until November 2024

Starting on March 11th, US-127 Northbound will completely close, and remain that way until November 2024. While US-127 traffic flow will be maintained with the use of a zipper barrier, this means, that there will be no access to Dunkel Road if going Northbound until mid-June. Additionally, there will be no access to Trowbridge Road if going northbound all year. Southbound  US-127 will see a similar closure in 2025.

How to Navigate the Closures:

  • US-127 Travel – For those who use US-127 on their daily travel, there will be a zipper barrier in place to ensure traffic flow is maintained. This means both north and south traffic will use the southbound lane. During the AM peak travel hours, two lanes are traveling North, and one lane traveling South. It will reverse to two lanes traveling South, and one North during evening peak travel times.
