Max Waldman

Max Waldman is a passionate personal injury attorney who dedicates his career to advocating for clients injured due to the carelessness or wrongful actions of others. With a focus on personal injury cases, Max represents clients in a range of claims, including motor vehicle crashes, pedestrian, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents, as well as wrongful death, Michigan no-fault claims, and dog bite cases. Max uses his thorough and client-centered approach, to ensure that his clients receive the full compensation they deserve—especially when facing insurance companies that unfairly deny no-fault benefits, often a critical component of recovery.

A Michigan native, Max graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University. His drive to advocate for others led him to pursue his Juris Doctor at the University of Detroit Mercy. Before joining Sinas Dramis Law Firm’s attorney rank, he worked as a law clerk for the firm. Max is an active member of several professional associations, including the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, and the Michigan Association for Justice, where he collaborates with like-minded professionals dedicated to defending the rights of injured Michiganders.
