Brian A. Molde
Brian Molde is a member of Sinas Dramis Law Firm’s Grand Rapids personal injury and auto no-fault team. His practice is focused primarily on third-party automobile negligence, medical malpractice claims, and auto accidents in West Michigan.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2000, Brian moved back to West Michigan and spent two years working as an attorney with the research division of the Michigan Court of Appeals. From there, he joined a large West Michigan law firm specializing in the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits and spent ten years representing hospitals and physicians on the west side of the state.
“I spent ten years working for defendants and insurance companies at the beginning of my career, ” Brian says. “That time has helped me understand what the motivations are for defendants, and especially insurance companies, when they are facing a lawsuit over injuries that they have caused. I try very hard to always examine legal issues from all perspectives because I view my job not just as an advocate in the courtroom, but also as a counselor who has to explain what is happening and help my clients understand the legal process.”
In 2012, Brian began working for a highly respected and specialized law firm handling injured people’s claims of medical malpractice. Since that time, he has dedicated his practice to helping injured people and their families navigate the legal system and the confusing world of insurance claims. He has litigated cases in county courthouses across the state.
“I grew up with three brothers, and my father was a football coach. As a result, I learned the value of working as a team from the time I could walk, and what I appreciate most at Sinas Dramis Law Firm is the team approach we take to solve complicated legal problems. From the first meeting until the close of trial, we have a team dedicated to winning the best possible outcome for our clients.”
In 2018, Brian joined Sinas Dramis Law Firm and works out of its Grand Rapids office. A longtime resident of Rockford, Michigan, Brian enjoys time with his daughters, family, and friends.
