A Personal Approach to Personal Injury Law
Max Waldman is a passionate and dedicated personal injury attorney. He focuses his legal career on helping people who have been hurt because of someone else’s carelessness or wrongdoing. Whether it’s a car crash, pedestrian or bicycle accident, motorcycle collision, dog bite, or wrongful death claim, Max works hard to make sure his clients get the justice and compensation they deserve.
What sets Max apart is his commitment to understanding each client as a whole person. He believes that learning about someone’s life, values, and daily struggles after an injury allows him to better explain how deeply they’ve been affected.
By truly connecting with his clients, Max is able to clearly tell their stories – making sure their pain, losses, and needs are fully understood by judges, juries, and insurance companies.
Michigan Roots and Legal Experience
A Michigan native, Max earned his Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University. He went on to complete his law degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where his passion for helping others continued to grow.
Before becoming an attorney, Max gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Sinas Dramis Law Firm, where he learned the ins and outs of personal injury law. He now proudly serves as a full-time attorney at the firm, fighting for injured Michiganders every day.
Max stays active in the legal community through his involvement with:
- The State Bar of Michigan
- The Ingham County Bar Association
- The Michigan Association for Justice
These organizations allow him to collaborate with other attorneys who are equally committed to protecting the rights of injured people across the state.
Standing Up for What’s Right
Max takes pride in standing up to corporations, government agencies, and insurance companies that try to avoid responsibility. He knows how overwhelming the legal system can feel—especially for those without money, power, or connections.
That’s why he makes sure every client is heard, supported, and treated with respect. He puts care and attention into every case, no matter the size or background of the person involved.
“Our representation isn’t based on income or connections – if someone is injured and needs quality legal help, that’s exactly what they’ll get, no matter who they are. That, to me, is what makes this work so meaningful: being able to support people in a legal system that too often feels stacked against them because of their background or limited resources.” – Max Waldman
Life Outside the Office
When not in the office, Max enjoys spending time with friends and family. You can often find him fishing, cheering on his favorite basketball, football, or soccer teams, or relaxing at one of Michigan’s many local breweries.
