Max Waldman is a passionate personal injury attorney who dedicates his career to advocating for clients injured by the carelessness or wrongful actions of others. Max focuses exclusively on personal injury law, representing clients in a wide range of cases—including motor vehicle crashes, pedestrian, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents, as well as wrongful death claims, Michigan no-fault cases, and dog bites. He prioritizes getting to know his clients on a personal level, believing that truly understanding their lives is key to powerfully telling their stories. By doing so, he’s able to clearly convey the full extent of their injuries and losses—helping them pursue the compensation they rightfully deserve.
A Michigan native, Max graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University. His drive to advocate for others led him to pursue his Juris Doctor at the University of Detroit Mercy. Before joining Sinas Dramis Law Firm’s attorney rank, he worked as a law clerk for the firm. Max is an active member of several professional associations, including the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, and the Michigan Association for Justice, where he collaborates with like-minded professionals dedicated to defending the rights of injured Michiganders.
Max’s commitment to his clients goes far beyond the courtroom. He stands up to corporations, agencies, and insurance companies that try to downplay their responsibility or avoid doing right by those who’ve been hurt. With thoughtful attention to each case, Max works to ensure his clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
“Our representation isn’t based on income or connections—if someone is injured and needs quality legal help, that’s exactly what they’ll get, no matter who they are. That, to me, is what makes this work so meaningful: being able to support people in a legal system that too often feels stacked against them because of their background or limited resources.” – Max Waldman
When not in the office, Max enjoys spending time with friends and family—whether that be out on the water fishing, watching a basketball, football, or soccer game or checking out one of Michigan’s many local breweries.
