Jonathon K. Homa

While in law school, Jon joined Sinas Dramis Law Firm in 2014. As a law clerk, he worked side-by-side with our seasoned personal injury litigators. This gained him a wealth of knowledge in many different areas of the law. In recent years, Jon has notably excelled at handling delicate sexual assault cases. His calm yet collected demeanor encourages survivors to speak their truth as he diligently pursues the compensation they deserve for injuries resulting from the wrongdoing of others. With experience handling multiple high-profile sexual assault cases in Michigan, Jon’s skills encompass both institution and housing property sex assault claims. As a result of Jon’s incredible tenacity and case handling skills, The National Trial Lawyers named him a “Top 40 Under 40” civil plaintiff trial lawyer in 2020.
With a passion for photography and video editing, he is heavily involved in the firm’s multimedia endeavors, in addition to his caseload. His knowledge in this area provides him with the ability to incorporate many different forms of compelling multimedia evidence into the presentation of his clients’ cases.
During his free time, Jon enjoys being outdoors. He especially enjoys traveling to Northern Michigan to hike the trails at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and fish for panfish, trout, and salmon.
