Sinas Dramis Leadership: Bryan Waldman Elected Treasurer of State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section Council

Bryan Waldman, partner and president of the Sinas Dramis Law Firm, has been elected treasurer of the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section Council. This continues the long tradition of Sinas Dramis leadership within Michigan’s legal community.
With over 4,300 members, the Negligence Law Section is the largest specialized practice section within the State Bar. Each section of the State Bar helps keep members informed and up to date on legal developments within their respective fields.
Keeping Attorneys Informed
The Negligence Law Section Council reviews relevant procedures, rules, and statutes that shape negligence law (auto liability, premises owner liability, medical malpractice, and products liability law) and shares its findings with the legal community to educate and inform fellow State Bar members.
The Council also works to promote the fair, efficient, and equitable administration of negligence cases in Michigan’s trial and appellate courts, and it provides networking opportunities for its members.
Professional Leadership
Throughout his career, Bryan has been deeply involved in the legal community, both in Lansing and Ann Arbor. He has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1992 and has served in multiple leadership roles, including president of the Michigan Association of Justice (formerly Michigan Trial Lawyers Association) and as a council member of the Negligence Law Section. He is also an adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law, acts as a cooperating attorney with the ACLU of Michigan, and is a regular contributor to WLNS-TV 6’s “Legal Edge”, where he helps educate the public about Michigan law.
