Tom Sinas a ‘Go To Lawyer’ in Negligence Law for Third Consecutive Year
Sinas Dramis Law Firm is proud to share that Michigan Lawyers Weekly has once again named Tom Sinas a “Go To Lawyer” for negligence law in Michigan.
This is the third consecutive year that Tom has received this prestigious honor, which is driven by peer nominations that recognize exceptional expertise, unwavering dedication to clients, and meaningful contributions to the legal profession. Since the award’s inception in 2023, Tom is the only attorney to have received the award for three years running.
Legacy of Service
A partner at Sinas Dramis, Tom specializes in personal injury law. He practices in the firm’s Grand Rapids office, which he opened in 2013, yet represents clients across the state who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. A significant portion of his work is dedicated to helping victims of catastrophic motor vehicle accidents—car, semi-truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian—secure compensation and justice. He also handles wrongful death cases and other personal injury matters.
Community Leadership
Beyond his legal practice, Tom is a highly respected and active member of the West Michigan community he calls home. In addition to serving the public through his legal practice, he is deeply committed to public education and injury prevention. He regularly appears on Fox 17’s Know the Law, where he explains important legal issues for West Michigan residents. He also leads Sinas Dramis Law Firm’s annual Lids for Kids event in Grand Rapids, providing free, custom-fitted bike helmets for local children to promote bicycle safety.
Tom’s community involvement extends to leadership roles in several non-profit and civic organizations. For 10 years, he has served in numerous roles on the Brain Injury Association of Michigan’s Board of Directors, including chair. He is also the current treasurer of the Grand Rapids Police Foundation Board of Directors, stewardship chair at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, and associate general counsel for the Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault.
