Anne Hurth

Paralegal for Attorney Mike Larkin

Anne joined the law firm in 1991. She has more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession. Anne received her B.A. from Central Michigan University and her post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Lansing Community College. She lives with her husband in Lansing and enjoys reading, movies and spending time with their three adult children, their spouses, and her grandchildren.

Brittney Cole

Paralegal for Attorney George Sinas and Attorney Stephen Sinas

Brittney is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and joined the law firm in 2011. Brittney lives in Charlotte, and is an enthusiastic kayaker, hiker and camper. She is often found on area trails with her black lab, Zoey.

Christy Lawrence

Paralegal for Attorney Kevin Komar

Christy joined the firm in December 2023.  She is a native Texan with 30 years of experience in the legal field. Christy is a 2014 graduate of Western Michigan University-Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Dallas in Political Science. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her Harley and participating in memorial rides for veterans, as well as advocating on behalf of animals.

Colleen Emmerson

Paralegal for Attorney Brian McKenna and Attorney Tom Schultz

Colleen joined the firm in 2024 and lives in Ferndale. She’s worked on the defense side of insurance/civil law previously. She has a dog Augustus (Gus), he’s just over a year old, and he’s a lab/hound mix. She’s obviously obsessed with him and he keeps her busy. She loves music, going to concerts, movies, live comedy, reading, being outside, summer. She has four siblings, one is a twin sister.

Jerri Lynn Luidens

Paralegal for Attorney James Graves 

Jerri joined the firm in 2018. She brings with her 35 years of experience in the legal profession. Jerri received an associate’s degree magna cum laude from Lansing community college and subsequently completed a year of nursing school. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Western Michigan University and a post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Lansing Community College. She also attended Michigan State University pursuing a degree in psychology. Jerri lives in Holt and in her time away from work enjoys reading, swimming, and hot yoga.

Jillian McArdle

Paralegal for Attorney Lauren Kissel

A Northern Michigan native, Jillian joined Sinas Dramis having graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2013 with degrees in both psychology and criminal justice. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her cats, Ash and Posy, and family and friends.

Kayleigh Rose

Paralegal for Attorney Tom Sinas

Kayleigh is a paralegal in the Grand Rapids office. She joined the firm in 2016, after graduating from Davenport University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. Kayleigh enjoys watching sports and spending time with her two goldendoodles, Oakley and Brody.

Sara Burr

Paralegal for Attorney Steve Weston

Sara joined the firm at the end of 2018, with nearly twenty years of experience in the legal profession. Prior to joining the firm, she was named a recipient of the Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly Unsung Legal Heroes award in 2017. Sara received an associate degree in business from Glen Oaks Community College, and she currently resides in Three Rivers with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, Sara enjoys reading, attending sporting events, traveling, spending time with her family, and writing novels, one of which won the 2019 Next Generation Indie Book Award for best romance.

Nancy Gibson

Legal Assistant for Attorney Stephen Sinas

Nancy joined the firm in September 1985. She graduated from Grand Ledge High School and obtained a 2-Year Secretarial Certificate from Central Michigan University. Her career in the legal profession first began in 1975. Nancy is a devoted Michigan State hockey fan and seldom misses an opportunity to travel to away games.

Adam Fisher

Digital Marketing Director

Adam joined the firm in 2021. Adam comes to Sinas Dramis after spending several years working for WLNS-TV in Lansing, Michigan, where he held roles as a Producer, Executive Producer, and Director of Digital Content. Adam received his Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. When not working he enjoys spending time watching and officiating sports, or with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. Adam takes great pride, in his title of “Co-Champion”, during the 2023 firm holiday party games, which he dominated with attorney Jim Graves!

Alisha Spencer

Systems & Marketing Technologist

Alisha joined the firm in 2004, bringing with her the small business management skills she obtained while attending Davenport University. She helps oversee the firm’s technology, equipment and logistical operations, and works closely with the firm’s marketing & communications department. Alisha donates much of her free time to coordinating and volunteering with a number of locally-based non-profit organizations.

Jenny Smith

Director of Business Operations & Human Resources

Jenny joined the firm in 2016 as a Human Resource Consultant. In 2019, Jenny joined the firm full-time as Director of Human Resources. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources degree from Central Michigan University. She continued her education at her alma mater, earning a master’s degree of Science Administration in Leadership. Jenny enjoys spending time with her family at their cottage, reading, and never fails to jump at the opportunity to travel.
