Michigan Lawyers Weekly Selects George T. Sinas as a “Leader in the Law” for 2013
The Sinas Dramis Law Firm is proud to announce that Michigan Lawyers Weekly, the leading legal newspaper in the state of Michigan, recently named George T Sinas a “Leader in the Law” for 2013! George was one of 30 elite attorneys that were selected based on the following considerations:
- being passionate and active on behalf of clients, the legal community and the community at large;
- a record of success in the legal profession; and
- a record of achievements that displays a strength of character and ability to be a leader in the Michigan legal community.
We are so proud of George for receiving this great honor and recognition. For over 35 years, George has zealously and successfully represented numerous catastrophically injured people and their medical providers. George has also been on the front lines of many critically important cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court, in which he has fought to preserve and protect the legal rights available to injured people and their medical providers when insurance companies deny their claims. This past year was no different for George. In addition to representing his clients at the trial court level and being involved with numerous appellate court cases, George has also achieved great success in his role as General Counsel for the Coalition for Protecting Auto No-Fault (CPAN). Given the insurance industry’s recent attempts to limit the amount of insurance coverage available for catastrophically injured motor vehicle accident victims, George is playing a particularly important role for CPAN, which includes leading its team of attorneys in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) CPAN has filed against the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA). We believe that George clearly deserves to be considered a “Leader in the Law.” Congratulations, George!
